[GBTTW #1--FamilyProtection] Use Your Support System

So, you want to fight your case in the court?, you want to fight for your children without giving the System a loophole to deprive you of your children?, I think you haven't been using the entire weapons in your arsenal. You might have been using
some but not efficiently either. The rule to being able to win the battle and the war at the same time lies in this:

Take from them everything and give them nothing to hold on to. Be like an eel fish slippery at every edge, so you slip through all their traps and tactics.

Most parents have made a sort of "ignorant" mistake into not having to use a form of support system available to them. The fight is not yours alone!, call for help from neighboring kingdoms(now I am sounding like I am in the persian era). Yes, parents need to bring everyone in their support into the picture. 

The awful truth is that CPS would want to paint you as an "incapable" parent to the judge's eyes, a parent unable to "care" hence the need for your child removal. So when you sense this coming, or even though you don't sense it coming(seriously you need to sense it coming) involve people into your case. Not just people, people who you can trust, people you are already familiar with and are ready to support you in whatever way they can. A support system is very much helpful to parents with some kind of "health issues/disability", since CPS are fond of attacking such feeble parents on the premise of being incapable of caring, even when they are actually doing a great job as parents.

Having a support system is one thing, showing how you would implement them to being very supportive is another end of the coin. To make your case in court a lot more eel-ful(that slippery mojo), you should create a well grounded plan showing that you would use your support system in the best interest of your child "if the need ever arose". Remember, most time the caseworkers advice the court to terminate your parental rights based on the fact that they foresee "a future risk of abuse" to your child. That is quite a feeble excuse, so use all the available support to show that if "ever the need arose" you have a lot more capable loving hands to help you.  

You must work with your Attorney every step of the way in building up your support system, try as much as possible to have "trustworthy" support system, people who have a clean record. Because CPS would try run a background check to tear down this little-big system you have smartly built and possibly implemented. 

It takes two people to birth a child, but takes the entire community to raise a child.

My last questionnaire output of 23 parents scattered in states across America of which I reported HERE showed that people always never remembered to use their own favorable "witness" system. It's your right, therefore work with your attorney to help persuade the court that you would love to use them. 

3 private attorneys worked hand in hand with 3 parents and one court appointed attorney with 1 parent to get a favorable witness out of 23 parents.

All are eligible for this, so use them!. Try get your child's grand-parents, relatives, teachers who are "supportive", neighbor, the list goes on and on. Anybody you are familiar with and can speak positively of you. If they can't be in court, get them to write a "statement/letter" proclaiming how good and capable you have been all these years and how they "strongly" believe without a doubt that you are a "sound" parent. It is very more effective if you are lucky to be in familiarity with someone in authority as well vouching for you. 

If you previously had any problem before and CPS seem to want to use this against you, and you have worked it out previously, you can get the professional who helped you through to come testify strongly in your support or get them to write in good words for you(no lies please). 

Sometimes, the truth is you might not really have a strong support group, but hey, you have to work with your lawyer to get you some sort of support system. If it ever boils down to having some sort of service providers, you and your attorney should go program hunting on your own. Programs that you feel comfortable with and are "balanced" and make the court see how of a huge advantage they would be. Try as much as possible to avoid the services providers of CPS themselves, most times they are just shams, they get you involved and have the possibility of aiding your children removal. 

If you are ever going to court, let people know about it, plead that they should come around. We know the under-the-radar technique of the juvenile court and it isn't opened for the public, get these support system to wait in the waiting room. This goes to show more how people stand by you and are ready to help. The aura of this act is not one that can be buried, it would work in your favor.

The Systems of government in place now have tried to breakdown community and chained connection between people, but this is the time for you to show the community behind you. They fear a Unified Community.

I have been busy coordinating with a couple of groups here locally to bring a tiny little newborn home to his parents.The day before Thanksgiving little Elijah was born and taken by CPS when the parents refused vaccination. Once they refused, CPS then stated they were taking the baby because the mom had Cerebral Palsy, even though both parents and a grandfather would be in the home to help care for Elijah when/if needed. All just a plot of course.Elijah was taken away for 9 days, finally returned until the next "court" date but now he has missed the maternal bonding and that all so important first breast milk. What a shame they can do this to these little ones. It took the rallying of the community and the church to stand up for little Elijah to get him at least temporarily released to his parents.

That is a huge community at heart and a great support system!. Never throw away your right to a support system, never forget also that @familyprotection is always here to be of great help and community to you. "BE SLIPPERY AS A EEL".
