Found a LETTER from MOM when i was only ONE!
So I was cleaning out a few boxes in my parents house the other day and I came across a box of old Photos. Which is weird at first because I don't recall seeing a real life photo in years, as the digital world was taken over!
But I came across an interesting post card which was dated back from 1985! Which was from my Mother when she was traveling to Taiwan. The post card was made out to myself and my older sister. Which would have been when we I was 1 and she was 4.
The post card read:
Dear Jodie & Michael
I'm now in Taiwan and the weather is humid and raining. I miss you both very much and I hope you are good for daddy. I will be home real soon with a nice surprise if your good. Give Daddy a big hug for me and take good care of Buffy.
Love Mom
Put a smile on my face as I've never seen this card before. I wonder what the surprise was?
I hope this makes you think about your mom too and how much they think of us even when we are too young to remember. 👨👨👧👧

I found out it was a Paddington Bear. Must have been a knock off tho because it wasn't originally from Peru ;)
Very cool memory. It is so easy to overlook this kind of stuff in our digital world. It is always exciting to find things like this. My family does the same thing. We pack stuff like this away in a box and it doesn't see the light of day until we start wondering whats in the box.
A while back I found an old roll of film that hadn't been developed, I was so excited to look at those photos of my family. To remember those times that had been otherwise forgotten.
