This is my father, whom I miss terribly.

This is the last photo that was taken of him before he passed away from a heart attack last month. He caught this large snake in his yard at his Kansas farm. Many people would have killed the snake, but my dad had the kindest heart toward animals, and he wouldn't kill anything. So what did he do with it? He put it in his shop with all his tools and projects in order to keep the mice under control!

My dad was a genuinely kind, caring man. And if I become just like him as I grow older, it would be an honor.

God bless you, Dad.

<3 I know you are missing him a lot! Keep him alive, do what will make him proud, remember him and he will live always with you <3 Spread positive vibes and keep remembering you are great thanks to him!

I really appreciate that kind response! I agree that I must make him proud of me by living out my life in a way that he would approve of. He will always live on inside me and I will tell my sons about him as they grow older. His memory will always be cherished. Again, thank you.

It is hard, but people believe in you and love you. Keep it up! Stay strong ^^

So sorry for your loss. Your Dad looks like a kind man. He will be well taken care of. Bless you! 🐓🐓

Thank you so much. He was a very kind mind - polite to everyone he met. He is dearly missed but is indeed well taken care of in heaven.

He looks so happy there :) And it is awesome he didn't kill the snake. I think you are already a lot like him. :)

Thank you! I am definitely becoming more like him all the time. He was really happy interacting with nature and animals.

That was cool of your dad to make a sort of pet out of the snake. Snake and dad both win. I try to respect all living things and help those that need it.

It's great that there are still people who treat living things with respect. Thank you!

Father is a model example for his son l, so happy he should never disappoint him, even though he is gone

He was a good man

Not a quality that can be found in today's world

Thank you, I appreciate that @rehan12!
