What Matters Most
Hi friends,
Today was a bit of a sad day today - I recently lost my grandma and today was her celebration of life.
While it is never easy to say goodbye to family members (at least here on earth), I do take comfort in the fact that she did live a full life of 80+ years and she went peacefully. After a memorial service where we celebrated her life, it always brings things into perspective and is a good reminder to focus on what matters most in life - family, friends and faith.
On a positive note, it always good to see lots of family, though it is not under ideal circumstances of course. A lot of good conversations and memories today for sure - I will miss you grandma and see you in heaven!
Thanks for coming by,
Brian
So sorry for your loss. I was very close to my paternal grandmother. She was 88 when she passed. That was almost 20 years ago now!

I am so sorry about your grandma’s passing. It is never easy to farewell someone who has been a constant in our lives. I am glad you have a big family who could gather to celebrate her life.
Family is so important. Resteeming for you...
