Chilling, horrific story.

Right wing Twitter users have been pushing a conspiracy that Walz raped a young boy while he was a teacher/coach. After drip dripping info and insinuations for weeks, they then promoted this video of the alleged victim.

The video is fake and the story is made up, but it uses a real person and former student's bio and personal details, which gave the story an air of credibility for weeks. Musk did shit all for that time, allowing the fake allegations and then the video, to go viral.

Why THIS format of a fake smear? Specifically allegations have clearly been aimed at attacking Walz for his protections of LGBTQ youth. He was the GSA (Gay Straight Alliance) sponsor at his school, and passed legislation protecting trans youth as a governor. For this, the right tried to smear him as a gay pedophile.

Literally weaponizing the worst kinds of crimes against children, for political gain.

There are no words for how deranged these people are.
