So funny!

Rats can laugh when they see something funny.

Normally you would not think that animals can laugh. But they seem to have a sense of humor aswell.

In a previous post I introduced a Quokka to you which seems always to be laughing. It is also called the happies animal on earth.

We as humans recognize its face as a smiling face, but that does not mean that it actually is happy. Animals normally don't show their mood with expressions on the face.

A laugh of a rat otherwise seems to be pretty similar to the humans laugh and therefore it is measurable.

There are so many laboratory rats and interesting that the scientist also researched this.

Many people think it is cruel to do use animals as test subjects - what is you opinion about it?

Is it necessary to use animals for scientific advancements?
