We all know that thanks to billions of users, Facebook is one of the most powerful influencers in the world.

Like everything powerful, you have to handle it carefully.
In this case, the biggest problem is the sharing of information.
Cambridge Analytica's latest scandal has led many people to question the role of Facebook, and even many people have managed to erase their accounts.
To save your privacy, we list 12 things that you can reconsider to have in your user or not;

  1. Birthday
Your birthday is an important part of this puzzle, including name and address, through which people can easily access your bank account and personal details.

  2. Phone number
The best possible scenario that may occur as a result of splitting the phone number on Facebook is a clever secret admirer. The worst scenario? A stalker that gets you steadily and does not leave you comfortable.

  3. A good part of your "friends"
Oxford psychologist Professor Robin Dunbar has outlined the theory that people can hold up to 150 sustainable relationships.
After reviewing 3,375 Facebook users, Dunbar came to the conclusion that out of all their friends only 4.1 are considered trustworthy, 13.6 express sympathy only in moments of "emotional crises". By eliminating unnecessary "friends", you can make your interaction with social networks more healthy.

  4. Photographs of Your Children / Younger or Younger Members of the Family
Victoria Nash, director of the Oxford Internet Institute, posed a really good question on this topic that is related to dignity:
What kind of information will the children want to see for themselves on the Internet at a later date when they are older?
Previous generations did not need to take this into account at all, but the development of the internet and the social media made sense and even emphasized the importance of this question.

  5. Also, the school of little ones
According to NSPÇ, the number of registered sex offenses has increased over the past year.
The last thing you would want is to give such a criminal the coordinates of your child.

  6. Location services
Location services are available only on Android or Iphone.
In 2015, TechCrunch reported that over 500 million users entered Facebook only through the mobile, which means that almost the same number of people have been exposed to the site. So you tell the way to find people who can love you the good, but also those who may not love it.

  7. Your manager
This is something classic. Facebook is an online platform, in which we all tend to have a more loose form of communication.
But your boss may have access to your wall, can read any of your strange status; including status that may be related to your work.
Of course, you can hide some posts from them through the Customize option, but is it not a long time? Plus that sometimes, can save you something.

  8. You made your location tag
People often forget that making a home location tag allows others to find the address.

  9. When and where to go on vacation
According to the financial site This is Money, travelers whose homes are stolen during the holiday period, the insurance does not cover the damages if they have published their plans data on their social networks.

  10. "Relationship Status" - Your Civil Status
If you want to celebrate the launch of a new relationship, do not do it on Facebook.
Perhaps you may not walk and change the status from "tied" to single, it may make you feel worse than what you are.

  11. Credit Card details
Never. It's never a good idea.

  12. Photos of boarding passes
The bar code on your boarding pass is unique and can be used to find your information that you have shared with the flight company.
