Is Facebook really that safe?

Is Facebook really that safe? In a world where anyone can chat with anyone anywhere, are we users safe?

On Facebook almost anything could happen. If not some random guy will not start stalking you, then someone else could hack or scam you. Facebook also gives away some your private information. Like for example your date of birth/age, name, surname and if you have a profile picture., it can also give away how you look. Some people may also get addicted to one or more of Facebook`s many applications and games such as Farmville. This could have a very bad impact on your mental status. Some people can do self harm if you like a post you shouldn't even look at or comment something negative. You never know if someone might over react to something that seems harmless.

Scaming and hacking

With all that private information visible on almost every facebook account, A scammer or hacker might look at it and laugh while they use that information to attack some of your other accounts.

In my opinion Facebook is a bad place to make an account on. I know way more better sites to spend my free time. There is defintley more negative things I can talk about, but I think I made you bored enough :-p Stay in tune for more boring articles:D
