A truth about Facebook is that being on it can damage a persons mental health. It also is a Company that is a great all seeing eye for big brother. The truth is Facebook is losing its user base and facing lawsuits because it claims to connect the world and creates policies that prove there is no consideration. This means in my opinion and I am not a lawyer that it is not providing consideration as pure it's terms of service, thus its indemnity clause is trash. Even if it changes its operating procedure it is on its way to the grave.
