You can only grow yourself by posting quality content. Members of steemit are very serious & conscious to vote because here on steemit upvote means you will be paid against that vote value
This steemit is not like facebook where you post anything & get 2 or 3 hundred likes & comments
Here you should post original content or something creative

Everything need time to grow. You should wait & work hard don’t disappoint just try again & again and I am surely you will succeed
May i haven't succeeded to much but i learned a lot from senior steemians & will try my level best to become a successful steemian
We are all trying to grow in this platform. In fact is best to only reward good content, that means a better community, is a key fact the one that you said patience and originally content, also engaging with other people the comments and all that stuff. Keep up the good work :)
