Evening Run

I just finished a 7.606km running that lasted about 0hh:39mm:13ss !

Thursday is club session night & tonight was HILLS urgh.
The set consisted of a 1mile warm up at a very easy pace & then 20mins of hill reps. No rest in between just up as fast as you can, active recovery on the way down, repeat.
Once the hills were finished we had a 1 mile cool down. There was no time for a stretch as we only had 10 mins to get in to the pool for our swim set!

You have uploaded 15 running activities, and 2 of them have been of similar distances (within 10 percent)!
Here are your 5-fastest running activities of a similar distance:

Over these 2 similar activities, you have travelled approximately 15.76 kms at an average pace of roughly 5:09 min/km!
Your latest run was at a pace of approximately 5.156min/km!
Looks like you went a bit slower this time! Remember that it's important to take some rest days, and do some rehab / prehab / strength and conditioning training too! If you weren't intending to go slower, take a moment to listen to your body, and see if you need something. Check in with yourself!
