East Sooke Park - Saturday Stroll
I just finished a 4.037km hike that lasted about 1hh:3mm:53ss !
Nice walk through East Sooke Park with @caitycat and our buddy Sean. Definitely needed to sped some time in the forest today.

Nothing like a walk thru the forest
It's true. I find connecting with nature -- the forest and the ocean -- to be incredibly refreshing and rejuvinating. I've been trapped in town for about a month straight now, and had been itching to get out to nature.
