March Run #19: Thursday Morning Forest Run

in #exhaust5 years ago

Around midday, the forest is crowdier than usual. The solution is to run early. This morning I took off before 7:30. For the third time in the row, I opted for the ridge path dividing the Sava river and the Magpie's Valley.

It was a beautiful morning and this was my playground.

A view towards the city which is now asleep during the day too.

The map of the run. These are getting longer and with more climbs. Good!

You can see from the green line where I stopped to take photos.

All the physical activity data that I display in my @exhaust and @actifit reports is gathered with the help of Coros Pace sports watch and displayed with Coros app.

You have uploaded 333 running activities, and 37 of them have been of similar distances (within 10 percent)!
Here are your 5-fastest running activities of a similar distance:

Over these 37 similar activities, you have travelled approximately 272.08 kms at an average pace of roughly 5:49 min/km!
Your latest run was at a pace of approximately 6.567min/km!
Looks like you went a bit slower this time! Remember that it's important to take some rest days, and do some rehab / prehab / strength and conditioning training too! If you weren't intending to go slower, take a moment to listen to your body, and see if you need something. Check in with yourself!
