New crypto purchases

in #ethereum7 years ago

Well, I've been doing some research. A few people have even set some (seemingly) very reliable information in my lap. Regarding these new crypto currencies out there, the biggest pain in my eye is always going to be trying to figure out how to purchase them.

I've got a few different wallets. The most frustrating part about finding the latest and greatest site, like poloniex or bittrex is that they aren't effectively accepting new users at the time. Which makes for a difficult setup, if it were even possible. So, I've had to settle for a few second rate wallets, and trades. In doing so, I've also taken on the burden of their transfer rates. Carrying the load of being a Canadian trader, has maybe been a heavier burden in years past. But, I'm still only a few months into my trading experience so.

Among my list, I've been trying to pick up Quantstamp, Ethos, and Powerledger for my future trading abilities. But either I'm not well versed with the downloading and application of the wallets, or...I'm just unfamiliar with what's supposed to happen, or again...some of these just aren't possible to get into at this given moment.

For instance, powerledger requires you to purchase through bittrex. Bittrex, we know isn't accepting new members due to a huge influx of new traders. So, when will they again? When will they allow for some other site to pick up their currency? How does this all work? I don't know. But one thing I do know, is I'm glad I've been hodl'ing my eth I purchased in August!
