So tldr - its gonna be Shapeshift but on Ethereum network, P2P exchange of tokens withotu entering ie ETH or BTC as middle man. It will also be decentralized like OpenLedger on BTS so it wont be hacked.
Never tired decentralized exchange? Get on OL DEX yet, honestly just register and try - it has STEEM SBD and loads more.
Cool Payment Way
To ease up the ICO they made you use Meta Mask wallet, which auto connects with their site, checks balances and such. Its a chrome app, use it as your ETH wallet, its really neat.
Of course on the very launch date there was problems like with most ETH ICOs this days:

Since those tokens get hot some exchanges list them fast. Currently you can get it on already mentioned here many times HitBTC.
And of course on EtherDelta but thats worst exchange ever, dont even bother.

I kind of don't like ICOs. They are raising millions without a working product. This is reminisent of dotcom bubble

Hi kingscrown, thank you, i have been really interested in ICOs lately. Do you know why there is this " am not neither United States citizen nor resident, have not a primary residence or domicile in the United States, including Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and any other possessions of the United States" statement in most ICOs
Because America wants to get their grubby hands on every bit of taxes they can ...err I mean it's because ICO's would have to jump through too many regulatory hoops to cater to Americans.
Because Americans can't participate unfortunately...but there are ways around that!
