Parity Wallet Help!!!

I am trying to download the Parity wallet on widows, and everything goes smoothly until I try and open the wallet into chrome and I get a "can't connect to site" error message.

Am I missing something obvious? I'll tip anybody that can help me with this. Thanks for the help!!
