Not your keys .. beware of kraken.com

This presentation is a complaint against Kraken
Kraken withholds 2000$ from my account since 6+ Months
I go by the name of alexander with a verified kraken.com account
I am a client from germany who speaks german but the site uses english as most suitable.
What is it all about : Theft
Confidential information is marked out

on 19th september i have recieved 2000 Dai to an address belonging to my account in my kraken account …

this should be the dai deposit address

i transfered the dai to the eth address funds have arrived and are confirmed
— the warning in english informs clients to seperate erc20 deposits from native eth — erc20 is the technical standard of ethereum
example i present you my ethereum deposit address and you send me dai i will have absolute control over any incoming funds- i can access it anytime anywhere
erc20 is ethereum — so to make a rule to seperate deposits in 2 different addresses its possible to say, but then they need to be able to correct the weakness in their system manually , shouldnt be a big deal !
all major crypto currency exchanges — binance — kucoin — huobi to name a few can do it too , so this is very confusing and misleading from kraken and by thousands of new clients and beginners making up a rule which is so irrational and against the technical nature itself — i maintain its theft and illegal practise of many many clients — this should be investigated

now is 21. march and i havent had anymore response
once again .. me as verified client didnt make a deposit error — its against the nature of accepting ethereum assets and misoperation of funds
i had a similar issue which i never requested to be corrected and it was corrected randomly— — its about sai and dai

its just really frustrating!!! and to people who might read until here thanks a lot for your time
should this ultra wealthy company compensate me — what do you think ?
all transfers are recorded on blockchain — and my account balance is 0
the current dai interest rate is around 10 % apy ..
i wish to claim these funds asap
