What a great idea @jozef230! Your right about increasing mindfulness by paying attention/taking pictures of what your eating throughout the day!

Ok! I can’t say that I’ll be able to do this every day but I’m going to give it a go and see how it goes! (Was that to many “goes” in one sentence? I don’t think so! Hahaha!)
