a) Cut off the leaves and stems from the tree
b) Wash them with clean water
c) Roughly chop in pieces
d) Fill saucepan with leaves and stems then add water
e) Bring to boil
f) Simmer 2 hours
g) Strain liquid into a glass container
Drink 1 glass daily. Shake bottle before pouring.
Liquid lasts about 3-6 days before fermenting.
If it becomes cloudy, it should be discarded.
