Tempe bacem
To make the menu of sahur practical tempe bacem, this is actually very easy really. Here's the recipe.
material
400 grams of tempeh 1.5 tablespoons brown sugar 1 tablespoon water 2 tablespoons bay water 3 cm galangal (spray) Water (to taste, about 500 ml) Sweet soy sauce Cooked oil (to taste) Salt & Sugar (to taste)
Ground spices
5 red onion cloves5 cloves garlic5 grains chili rawit1 tbsp coriander Pepper powder (to taste, if likes)
How to make
Boil spices with water, acid water, sweet soy sauce, brown sugar, sugar and salt until boiling and dissolved. Add tempe, bay leaves and galang that have been contaminated. Cook until all seasoning seeps into the tempe well and water in the pan or pan (dry). Immediately remove the tempe that has been boiled, drain a moment and then fry with hot oil until the color is reddish brown. Tempe bacem spicy sweet was ready to be served to serve dish menu.
