It considers all messages to be bids. Find the owner of the bot and try contacting him if you want a refund. *) Regarding rules/blacklists on specific bot - I can't tell you, really. It's up to the bot's owner. YMMV.

Regarding rules/etc on steem as whole community or on a given channel - well, for one thing, I tried to explain something to you, and I am pretty sure you read that already, so what "keyboard warriors" are you telling me about?

I don't track all your posts/replies everywhere, I'm just reading and responding here. I also have not seen anywhere you asking me about anything, there's just complaining and insults flying around, so what "No reply" are you referring to? Reply to what? Insults? Nope, I won't get into that level. I'm too old for that.

If you had someone else in mind, please take some care to check whom you are replying to :)

*) ok.. I tried looking up who owns steemyoda and - no success. There are some guesses that maybe "insights" or "penguinpablo" are their alt accounts, but nothing confirmed. Best way to contact that person seems to be what you did (sending a transfer with memo) or writing a comment under steemyoda's posts or comments. Check https://steemit.com/@steemyoda/comments and try replying under his comments. Maybe you'll have some luck with that.
