Marc Marquez is no longer in MotoGP
Repsol Honda team racer, Marc Marquez again showed his dominance after winning the race in MotoGP America at the Circuit COTA some time ago. This is the 6th consecutive victory of The Baby Alien since the 2013 season ago.
Reported by motogp.com (24/4/2018), Marc Marquez managed to devour 20 laps of the race with a time of 41 minutes 52.002 seconds.
This result is very surprising considering in the previous race defending champion MotoGP was a total failure. Marquez get 3 times penalty in the race in Argentina. The third penalty was given because he nudged Valentino Rossi, consequently he was hit by a 30-second penalty and made it down to position 18.
In this race, Marquez actually also get a penalty that is down 3 positions to start. But it did not seem to be able to stem the rate of The Baby Alien along with his RC-213V.
Marquez who immediately pressed since the race began to make other drivers who are behind him no power to pursue. Even on lap 19, Marc Marquez left Maverick Vinales in second place with a distance of 7.684 seconds or 13.095 seconds from Valentino Rossi! Great distance for MotoGP class races.
Many audiences are bored because no rider can catch Marquez. If it continues like this, it seems Dorna must create a new class that is more competitive for Marc Marquez not race "alone" again in front.
Marquez himself did not like to lead the race too long. Usually The Baby Alien wait until the last lap-lap to attack as in MotoGP Qatar ago. But because he did not want to take risks, he decided to change his racing strategy.
