Goodness! I love snow, but I do understand how difficult it can make things for people who are disabled or elderly. We've had an unusually mild winter in Scotland this year, with just a few light coverings recently. Last year it was very different and conditions were similar to what you're having now. I went out to clear the snow away from our communal car park last year, using a shovel, because I had to make an essential trip the following day. Eventually I was joined by another neighbour, who I think felt ashamed watching me - but actually I quite enjoyed it. I don't mind doing things like that if it's only once a year!
