Ayam jago mendapat kecupan dari para fans, karena semalam mereka dapat menaklukkan Belgia pada perhelatan semifinal Piala Dunia 2018 yang digelar di Rusia, yang berkesudahan 1-O.
Gol semata wayang diciptakan oleh seorang center back yaitu umtiti yang merupakan pemain yang bermain di Laliga Spanyol tepatnya di Club Barcelona FC.

Kemenangan ini disambut suka cita oleh seluruh masyarakat Perancis.
