Rebung Bumbu Kuning
Bahan:
500 gr rebung, rebus, cuci bersih
10 cabe merah keriting, iris tipis
15 cabe rawit hijau
2 lb daun salam
4 lb daun jeruk
1 cm lengkuas
2 sdm minyak goreng
2 sdm garam
1 sdm gula pasir
300 ml air
400 ml santan
Bumbu halus:
4 siung bawang putih
6 siung bawang merah
2 cm kunyit
3 butir kemiri
Cara memasak:
Tumis bumbu halus, masukkan daun salam, lengkuas, daun jeruk, aduk-aduk hingga harum. Masukkan irisan cabe merah dan cabe rawit utuh. Tumis lagi hingga bumbu matang dan harum.
Masukkan rebung, aduk-aduk, tambahkan air, masak hingga mendidih. Tambahkan garam dan gula pasir. Cicipi hingga manis dan asin nya pas sesuai selera.
Kecilkan api, masukkan santan, sambil diaduk-aduk pelan supaya santan tidak pecah. Bila suka tambahkan bubuk penyedap. Setelah mendidih, matikan api.
Siap disajikan, dengan nasi putih dan kerupuk bandung.
