Soviet dog in space

in #esteem7 years ago

For many years, extensive research has been taking place in space. As part of those research, scientists have sent into space the monkeys, dogs, chimpanzees, even frogs. It does not mention the dog separately. Although monkeys and chimpanzees are intelligent enough, they do not live beside humans like dogs. It is necessary to have a little different importance as a pet as a pet.

The Soviets started sending the dogs to space. Soviet scientists sent a total of 57 dogs to space in the Fifties and sixties of the last century. Some of these dogs traveled the space more than once. We all know about one of these dogs - Leica. This disguised dog in Moscow is the first living creature to cross the earth in the universe. But sadly, the Soviets did not have any plan to bring Lyka back. Soviet scientists came back with the rest of the dogs being sent to space without it, if they did not say the accident.

How did the dogs have been picked?

Why are dogs liked while other animals? They are very quick to train people, listen to and loyal. And Soviet scientists trained dogs to stay in the same place for a long time. Because there is a long way to go into captivity in the small capsule of space. On the other hand, US scientists considered monkeys more appropriate. But the Soviets rejected the monkey as a freak and unstable. In addition, there has been a great deal of research in the Soviet science field before the dogs. Ivan Pavlov has been a legend for his research on dogs.

At the earliest times of space operations, people knew very little about space. There are other complications including cosmic rays, harmful radiation, gravitational backing and other complications. So there was a very strong and brave animal. The Soviets did not have much trouble finding dogs. Moscow is very famous for unguarded dogs. These dogs were chosen from the road to space exploration. They were given new names, they were trained, they were created for difficult operation. And one day it was seen that these dogs passing through the streets and passing through difficult lives have accomplished some daring expeditions

Interestingly, none of the male dogs were there. The space suit that the Soviets made for them was not suitable for male dogs. Besides, the female dogs were relatively calm and patient because they were selected. The space in the rocket is low. So no dog in height of 6 kg and height of 14 inches up to neck would not be taken.

Dog training

Long before the expedition the dog's training began. If you catch a hussy dog, then you will start screaming and screaming. The dogs were so used to be gradually reduced to small cages. Occasionally, it was kept for a long time, sometimes even for fifteen days. Feeding was done through special machines. Special spacesuit was kept. To adapt to the rocket's roar, it was already practiced with such shocking words.

The most difficult thing was probably to adapt to a strong velocity. During the launch of the rocket, dogs were tied in a paddle that was fast moving to cope with the intense speed. They cuddled in the cage. Try to keep the knowledge alive. The Soviets also provided training to the dogs in an ever-living environment. If the jet plane rises at a very high level, then the name of the aircraft is lowered, then for a few moments the atmosphere inside the plane is created. Dogs are also given the taste of this invention.
