*SUP JERNIH IGA SAPI*
Bahan 1 :
750 g iga sapi yg masih tebal dagingnya, cuci bersih
1 ltr air
Bahan 2 :
1250 ltr air
2 batang daun bawang, potong 4 bagian
3 batang seledri
3 cm jahe, memarkan
2 lembar daun salam
1 batang kecil kayu manis
1/2 buah pala, memarkan
1 buah bunga lawang
1 1/2 sdt garam
Bahan 3
(bungkus dengan kain kasa) :
1 1/2 sdm keripik bawang putih
2 sdm bawang goreng
5 biji cengkih
Bahan 4 :
1 saset FOODY Bumbu Sop Rasa Sapi
1 1/2 sdt gula
2 sdm seledri yang sudah dirajang
2 sdm daun bawang yang sudah dirajang
2 buah tomat potong dadu
3 sdm bawang goreng
2 buah jeruk nipis
Cara Membuat :
Masukkan bahan 1 ke dalam panci kemudian rebus. Biarkan selama 10 menit dari air yang mendidih, angkat iga dan tiriskan dengan saringan.
Masukkan semua bahan 2 dan 3 ke dalam panci, rebus dengan api kecil hingga empuk selama 3 jam (air tidak boleh terlalu bergerak mendidih, panci harus tertutup). 3. Masukkan FOODY Bumbu Sop Rasa Sapi dan gula, aduk rata. Matikan api, hidangkan ke dalam mangkuk saji.
Taburi dengan seledri, daun bawang, tomat, bawang goreng dan perasan jeruk nipis.
Hidangkan selagi panas.
