In December 2003, Yadav went to Iran for a passport bearing number B 6934766 from Pune. His name was Hussein Mobarak Patel in the passport. The address at the passport was the Pune Martland Co-Operative Housing Society. But no flat number was given. There was no official investigation on how this passport was issued.

The passport office records show that the passport used to be used before, but no address is written in the file. The Indian government has not given any explanation about how another person got another passport. Some sources have said that Yadav's money for the 'fiction' has been given by the Naval Intelligence Office. In addition to the investigation and diplomatic sources of Iranian officials, the statement was found in support of this claim. Jadav Kaminda started a company called Trading Company with that money. Repair the vessel while it was working. After this, the company also introduced a vessel at the port of Sabah. Records show that Jadav's company called contractors for supply of gypsum. India imports this material for cement production. It is also known that in March 2015, Yadav was looking for a partner to supply the annual contract.

In Pakistan's confessional reply, Yadav said that he started a small business in Iran's Chabahar and was able to keep his position in 2003 and '04 and secretly travel to Karachi.
A senior diplomat said that in Tehran's own investigation, it was found that Kaminda's business activities were very low. The question arises, why did Jadhav have lived in Iran for so many years? The diplomat also said that money was not received from anywhere in Kamin, which is a normal business process.
A police official close to Yadav's father said that Yadav's family also did not get any money from him in India. They did not agree to talk to the media.
