The lavender
The lavender flower (Lavandula angustifolia, or Lavandula) is commonly used as an ingredient for fragrances, soaps, shampoos, deodorants, aromatherapy and medicines.
The lavender name is derived from the Latin root lavare, which has the notion of "to wash".
Lavender may also be given because it is often used as a scent for bathing, which is believed to help purify the body and soul.Lavender flowers have also been used to treat various diseases, such as insomnia, stress to depression and fatigue.
The study has also confirmed that the flower lavender is able to provide calming, soothing effects, and as a mild sedative by inhaling the aroma.
