We value too high a goal

We value too high a goal, everyone can easily make a choice after they learn / know what the results are, it's easy to say "I want to succeed" or "I want to be rich", but we will never know what the result / we will grab even though we already know what our goal is, the fact 80% of our plans will end in failure as good as whatever we plan, but time is running and the time comes we have to make a choice even though we do not know what the outcome,
