When the condition of the body needs to rest after work or exercise.
The human body cannot be driven 24 hours to move without stopping. Already human nature needs to pause for rest to restore power. Activities that run either work, exercise or do activities continuously without stopping can result in decreased body condition.
There are some complaints that result in decreased body condition such as:
- Pain in muscles due to being too hard in activity, and this is often experienced by athletes who train too hard. This condition indicates our body needs to rest.
2often depressed and lackluster can be a signal that the body needs rest. - Abnormal heartbeats can also be caused by working too hard. A heart rate check can be done in the morning. if the results are less normal means the body's condition is in decline, it means that the body is not ready for activities to work hard and exercise. Right now what is needed is rest.
- A decreased body condition can also cause difficulty concentrating and thinking in doing work or activities.
- A chaotic sleep schedule also causes fatigue and uncomfortable body conditions.
- Other fatigue conditions, suddenly you want a supplement to increase stamina even though it does not last long.
- Other marks are also seen in the color of urine. The color of dark yellow urine is caused by dehydration during work or sports. drink more water is recommended instead of consuming caffeinated drinks or alcoholic drinks and soda.
- The condition of the body that decreases in a long time can result in illness such as flu, colds and fever. when the body fatigue is usually the body's resistance down and easily attacked by disease.
If you feel and experience the signs as above you should take a period of rest and maintain a healthy diet with nutritious foods and vitamins.
