It's been awhile since my last "no picture post". Today woke up in the morning, I checked on my previous posts. At first j got a shock for how low my overall past week pending payout, but as soon as I rub my eyes to see clearer, I realized I've stopped being an ass. I've stopped blogging a week ago and let the old post past. I leave those post expire so I can collect all the payout and start fresh. I was a firm believer in buying votes to gain extra exposure at the same time to make some small profit. Now the thing happen to me was, I noticed the amount of SBD sent out weren't as expected after the post pay out. Am I truly aware that recent price drop of steem and SBD that causes my profitable vote buying become loss? I can't say that, price can go up also if I catch the right time to buy. Duh! So, to buy or not to buy?

eSteemApp

I've been actively using eSteem some 3 weeks back. On an off I managed to capture some upvotes from the curation trail. I'm sure the bosses are not here to do manual curation. Most of the time are their curator doing so. I wished to thank @roundbeargames who reintroduce me to this platform, so as my friend @kaliju who given me pointer in making posts of not less than 250 words in order to meet the minimum criteria. What I failed to notice was, there's a 15% pay cut we need to share with eSteemApp. So there goes my stupid behavior on buying votes, and a chunk of my profit got eat up after profit sharing. Well, that's my own fault. Nobody ask me to do so, it's entirely my greedy self who causes these loss. I will be very careful on my future blogging experience. Nevertheless, I will be continuously utilizing eSteemApp to post when I see fit. This entry for example.

SteemPress

I haven't been using WordPress for donkey years. But now, my greedy self came in play again. Yesterday I started to dig into it and installed a plugin to make post in WordPress. What an amazing experience as WP had improved a lot. I used to have BlogSpot account, but it was dormant for years. I remember it was a pain in the ass whilst trying to make attachment. Not anymore, WP is so much advance and object oriented. Simple drag and drop would be suffice. No more markdown. I gotta start getting use to it. This time, I'm smarter to not buy votes since I'm aware they also required 15% profit sharing. I'm tempting to make a post about SteemPress experience, but I've seen enough people doing so. I choose not to do it at this time. May be in the future, or may be not at all.

dTube

This, is an alternative IPFS video sharing platform that encourage user to make video like YouTube. I've been using it for awhile now on several occasions. They require a certain amount of profit sharing percentage, but I'm just being lazy to find out. All I want is a platform to host a video when I wanted to share one. For your information, I haven't get even 1 upvote from dTube. But that's alright. I assume this as a paying service to host my video. The upload format is suitable for my mobile phone, I WAS happy using it until lately I find that my friends from China weren't able to play my video from mainland China. So I guess, no more Chinese video in dTube from now on.

dlive

Frankly, I came for upvotes. I started using dlive since March 2018. Until today, I haven't got 1 upvote from them. But hey,they don't charge nor profit sharing. Best part is, my Chinese friend from China able to view it without VPN. So I guess it is a big convenient for me to share video via dlive. If you know the criteria of getting a fat upvotes from dlive, I'd like to hear from you. For your information, all my videos has been short and less than 10 minutes. I guess this is 1 of the setback which slice prefer longer video to gain more audiences?

So here I am. A happy camper in Steem. Thank you @esteemapp @steempress-io @dlive @dtube . I sincerely wish to have a fat upvote from you guys, but I'm still learning my way to EARN it instead of begging out of nowhere. I will be continuously produce quality content instead of shit posts. I will be very careful for not lose my SBD for buying votes blindly. I will be continuously supporting you guys as you guys has been giving me convenient in blogging. Like it or not, with or without that fat upvotes, I will have to continue with you guys until some crazy app came and over take you guys.
