-Daging giling, 200gr
-Tepung sagu, 2sdm
-Merica Bubuk, 1/4sdt
-bawang putih bubuk, 1/2sdt
-daun ketumbar dicincang halus, 1sdt
-Kecap Ikan, 1sdt
-Cabai besar dibuang bijinya dan dicincang halus, 1 buah
-telur diambil putihnya, 1 butir
Bahan kulit Pangsit :
-32 lembar kulit pangsit
-Minyak untuk menggoreng
Cara membuat Pangsit goreng isi daging :
1.Aduk semua bahan isi.
2.Ambil selembar kulit pangsit, masukkan isi.
3.lipat menjadi 2 bagian dan rekatkan oleh putih telur.
4.Satukan kedua ujung kulit pangsit.
5.Panaskan minyak.
6.Goreng pangsit diatas apii sedang hingga matang.
