Bulukat Kuneng | Typical Acehnese food
In living the daily life - many colors that we pass, but sometimes we are reluctant to respond to the color. Due to today's yellow-themed color challenge then I will share one of the typical foods of aceh, yellow bulukat.
Bulukat can not be separated from the life of aceh society, whether it is yellow or common bulukat. Bulukat is glutinous rice that is steamed so called bulukat, actually there is no difference between yellow bulukat and regular bulukat, only on yellow bulukat, added turmeric so that the color turns yellow.
Bulukat is usually cooked when there is kenduri, and peusijuek.Bulukat always helped enliven the food menu to commemorate those days.
