What Happens?

Why in the steemit a lot of arrogant don't want to follow and vote me.I like to make friends who are just but in fact menjahui me.I've been trying to write well and post with the good but there is no follow or vote.But other friends who wrote normal and post fine in fact they are able to vote very much u$.I don't understand why like that
