Hi esteemian! Welcome to another FoodieMom adventure. We have here another variety of adobo. This is our entree yesterday the Adobo Chicken Liver. I miss this dish so we decided to cook with delicious and tasty. The price for the whole ingredients is not pricey. Every one can cook this food any time. I know this is not common for some however it's good to explore different dishes.
Let's start the Foodie!
Ingredients
✽ 1/2 of chicken liver

✽ Sliced garlic and onion
✽ Small sachet of whole black peppercorns
✽ 4 pieces of bay leaf
✽ Magic sarap

✽ Soy sauce
✽ Vinegar
✽ 1 cup of water
✽ Cooking oil

Instructions
✳ Clean the chicken liver.
✳ Heat a frying pan then add the cooking oil.
✳ Add garlic to pan and fry it until it is slightly browned.
✳ Then add the onions and cook until they become translucent.
✳ Add the chicken liver, soy sauce, vinegar, whole peppercorns, bay leaf, sugar and simmer for a few minutes.
✳ Once this starts to boil, stir then add water according to your taste.
✳ Continue simmering until the sauce is reduced.
