Interesting - the concept is sort of exemplified well in the Netflix show, The Magicians, season 1, episode 9...

They’re in a house, though watching events of the past looping - as though present in that timeline, though unable to interfere.

(NOTE: the show may not be available to watch on Netflix in countries other than the U.S. - however, it may be accessible if using a VPN with an American IP address).

Wow i will love to take a look at this Show @rok-sivante

Time travel paradoxes are scientifically IMPOSSIBLE. They would violate the Copenhagen interpretation of quantum mechanics which states that you only get one outcome per event. Going back in time would violate that.
The fact that there appears to be nothing in physics to prevent backward in time travel, the apparent solution is the Everett/Wheeler hypothesis that allows for parallel universes.
If you're a B theorist, where past, present and future all exist simultaneously and everything always happens the way it did happen, is happening, and will happen, then yes. The paradox would not have happened in the first place and thus cannot occur because it never happened.
If you're an A theorist, where only the present truly exists, then no. However, true A theory doesn't seem to allow for travel into the past, which is what most people associate with paradoxes in time travel (since the past no longer exists).
Of course, there are many people whose beliefs in time fall somewhere in the middle; therefore, the paradox prediction would have to be adjusted accordingly.

Physical bodies are nothing more a projection in our consciousness like sound and light. Technically they have nothing to do with time travel, which in turn is not time travel as you have said but removing the barriers to other frequencies that represent time. I actually have no answer but more questions like, Is it available to readjust to another frequencies?, If yes what do we need to compromise in order to readjust to them?, Is it un-doable if we regret doing?

According to string theory, changing frequency would just change the body completely. As for time travel in general, there is no such thing as the past or the future. Now, according to the math, time can travel forward as well as back wards, but both the future and the past are destroyed due to wave function collapse. This is why all we have is now.

nicely summarized and stated from another simpler, clear perspective...

Scientists eager to avoid the paradoxes presented by time travel have come up with a number of ingenious ways in which to present a more consistent version of reality, some of which have been touched upon here, including:
The Solution: time travel is impossible because of the very paradox it creates.
Self-healing hypothesis: successfully altering events in the past will set off another set of events which will cause the present to remain the same.
The Multiverse hypothesis: an alternate parallel universe or timeline is created each time an event is altered in the past.
Erased timeline hypothesis: a person travelling to the past would exist in the new timeline, but have their own timeline erased.
** The deeper you dive to understand Time travel, the more you will be MIND BLOWN. **

Thank you for the insights.

This is right in my alley.

I always took way too much time thinking about stuff like this... I'ma guy who loves to think about the universe, time and the concept of how it is even possible to exist.

I think about colors not existing, because they're reflections of different wavelenghts and so objects have no color. I think about the sensation of cold being the heat leaving our body and that even ice cubes arent cold they simply have minimal heat.

I think about how is it possible that nothing exists or something exists... I think about time like you do, and I think about 90% of our bodies being vacant spaces between the particles that create us.

I think about we never touching an object, and that the feeling we have from the object is just its magnetic field repelling ours, as nothing is truly solid.

So much stuff...

yeah, I do suffer a bit from anxiety.

Sigh...

Yes indeed, the NOW word is the key, if you do not make an effort to create something in the present, the future will be the same or worse. People forget to live in the moment, to enjoy the benefits of this world, they search for ways to get more faster in the future, and when they get there , they realise they forget something to do in the past...and in the past you can`t return...We are a time machine indeed, we have the present and the future, and time flies really quick...Enjoy the time in the present to create past moments. hello @rok-sivante, the passage of time we must use, the past is the lesson and the present is change. I strongly agree with your opinion above. I learned many things from you, and now I have really tried to fix the positive change for my post, I learned to make steemit as a place to develop my talent .. thanks master, I need your support, if you have time please check my post .

I think there is always an interesting writing that inspires every reader, I am a lot of ideas and ideas that are still hidden in you. Perhaps this is an important lesson for our newly-developed Steemit. Thank you brother @rok-sivante

Time travel remain one of the most interesting subject in the science world. It is a mind-boggling question or subject trying to figure out how achieving a feat like time travel. It is very relative and it depend on the context you are looking at it from. Although scientist like Albert Einstein have theory of general relativity in some way talk about it with respect to gravity being able to bend time and all of the dimensions to it yet several other scientist think it is far from possibility. Always Look forward to seeing every new post from your blog. Great post!
