I Just Finished Live Streaming Huobi Talk Episode 36!
I really enjoyed having a great conversation with some other EOS block producers tonight (It's currently just after 1am here, and we just finished the live stream). The first hour is on EOS governance, ECAF, the constitution and more. The second half was focused on the EOS technology and we covered various topics like the RAM markets, side chains, DPOS vs. POS vs POW, and more.
If you just want to hear my section on technology, fast forward about an hour.
I hope you enjoy it and learn a bit more about the DPOS technology shared by BitShares, STEEM, and EOS.

Hi Luke!
Do you know how I can find my "owner" and "active" public keys for EOS?
I need them to create a new account on EOS toolkit but I have only my pair EOS address/private key.
Our eosDAC tool can help if you were part of the snapshot: https://eosdac.io/token_check/
There are other tools as well. Most wallets now have a lookup built in (like eos-voter by greymass)
Thanks for your reply but I still cannot find the owner and active public key...
I was indeed part of the snapshot and I took the time to vote for eosDAC as BP ;-)
NB: Just realized that owner and active public key = EOS public address :-)
upvote for me please? https://steemit.com/news/@bible.com/2sysip
Thanks Luke for the great discussion on EOS and it's consensus mechanism as well as the voting system
How to join this team? But I do not speak English. Because it is not the mother tongue. Thank you

That was a really well structured episode!
Wow Luke. You are all about it. Congratulations for taking on such cutting edge projects and more. I'm trying to find time to learn just 2% of what you know. Frankly I'm busy walking around Prague Czceck Republic and eating fine roast rabbit and duck! As well as meeting up with other members of steemit stationed here in this incredible city.
This is quickly becoming another new favorite destination of mine and I'm sure you would love this place too. Will have lots of material to share before I head off.
Thank you so much for your support; and to moon and back with everything you are involved with! Have a great day! -Dan
That sounds fantastic! I hope to visit some day. I've been quite busy, but I do plan on going through your travel posts and referencing them in the future when we plan our family travels. Thank you!
Awesome Luke. Also feel free to "reference" me directly. I'm like a walking encyclopedia of so many places. Let me know what you are looking for and a budget and I can offer up many great recommendations. Happy belated 4th of July!
Thanks Luke - I enjoyed it also!
