EOS for dummies- Why it may just kill Ethereum (Part 1) Intro

Welcome to the first part in a series about EOS aka, the ethereum killer and why it could well be the future of blockchain and how you can profit from this change in the knowledge you were one of the first to be part of something really big. That's how I feel at this time.

When I first saw an interview with Dan Larimer on the Dollar Vigilante's (Jeff Birwick's) YT channel, it sounded a bit hopeful and unlikely, I mean ethereum has the first mover advantage and has now been embraced by many blockchain developers to build interesting apps on. But then when you understand scalability and Dan's insistence that ethereum needs much faster transaction speeds and to build it into a very usable long term platform is near impossible as it would need a ground up rebuild, it did make me wonder, was there something different and game changing about EOS?

Eos is promising to right the wrongs of the current blockchain in scale and speed. They want to see a more decentralised blockchain that can give a better user friendly experience on many levels and I fully embrace this idea after much contemplation- of trying to see what lies ahead for the blockchain as a dominant entity in our everyday lives into the future.

EOS is not just trying to be a better operating platform for DAPPS (decentralised applications), it's aiming to be the only platform to go to if you're a developer wanting to build the next big blockchain tokenised application and that's exciting, particularly when you realise how few crypto currencies are actually being used in the real world right now....this is very early days of blockchain, the more than 1000 cryptos are a bubble waiting to pop at some point due to them being more hype and speculation than real world usable.

In part 2, I'll offer comparisons we can use from the past to try and see the future more clearly.
