Well initially whatever concept comes into the market and goes this much by STORM, It definitely is OVER PRICED. It will soon tend to settle down and it would then be possible to say if it is OVER PRICED or OK. Right now we need to give it time to grow more :)
Its currently 1.1% of the value of ethereum. If you consider the potential to beat out ethereum using its graphene technology, it's not overvalued. Assuming it can.
