You are right, we need the best minds involved in Blockchain Technology.We personally feel that these minds can be from either side of the gender divide.It is our hope that by laying out the right strategies and investing time and resources in building an African developer ecosystem, with a ladies first approach we will get more ladies involved in the space. They will reinforce the amazing work being done by teams such as shEOS and SheLeaders alongside the specific individuals running teams or working within larger teams in this space.
