You guys missed the big news about testnet 1. Yesterday we upgraded testnet 1 to tag DAWN-2018-02-14. While still the dawn-2.x branch, this patch brings substantial performance improvement to the p2p network.
People still working with the dawn-2.x branch should update their workspaces.
