Just send it to an Ethereum address on your Ledger Nano S. That's it. It's still an ERC20 token. You may also want to check this process out for registering your EOS tokens: https://steemit.com/eos/@eosnewyork/securely-generating-an-eos-public-private-key-pair-using-official-eos-io-code
