The environment can be defined as the surroundings in which an organisation operates,including air,water,land,natural resources,flora,humans and their interaction.
Environmental protection is the protection and conservation of existing resources. It is the act of ensuring that air quality, water,soil quality,noise,heat,light,vibration,vegetation,social-economy/community impact,wildlife,fisheries,etc are conserved.
Considering the fact that nitrogen consist of almost 80% of the atmosphere. The main man made sources of oxides of nitrogen are combustion process of burning fossil fuel. Oxides of nitrogen have numerous significant air pollution issues associated with them,including; acid rain, ozone depletion, photochemical smog or respiratory irritant.
