Creating a Product and Developing It
Hi peeps!
Starting a business can feel like you are climbing up a hill. If this is how you feel, then you are probably over complicating things. Your business model should be simplified and clearly understood. Our attention span has gotten shorter because we can now receive information in a blink of an eye.
Keep It Simple
Individuals want to receive information quickly. If it takes more than a few minutes for them to understand, then you have probably lost them. There was a time where I worked in the life insurance industry. Nobody just buys life insurance, it has to be sold to them. My initial reactions with people we so important because it could open up an opportunity or break it. My issue was that I struggled to explain clearly and concisely that I had an opportunity to show them. I did not speak eloquently and I lacked conviction. They lost interest after I failed to quickly show them how they could increase their wealth.
When creating or selling a product, make sure it is easy to understand and remove unnecessary fluff. Focusing on one or two ideas is doing more than trying to give the world, so to speak.
We Are Spoiled
Today we receive information at the speed of light, literally. Many things come to us easily unlike before and we have become accustomed to that. The way we communicate is different, so we must find a creative but simple way to garner people's attention.
