RE: Zhang Muyi Never Belonged In The Pedophile Closet [Part 1]

Naglfar94? I was glad to hear from you again. Yeah, it could very well have been that Felipe Vazquez and this young girl may have even had wedding plans in the not-so-distant future after the girl was to turn eighteen. The thing that we have to remember is that everyone is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. YouTuber Pam Jones’s video about Mr. Vazquez is replete with remarks and comments about him that are speculative and defamatory at best. Ms. Jones clearly doesn’t know what goes on inside his head or inside the head of the nameless teenage girls with whom he’s been accused of having a sexual relationship. Ms. Jones is just looking to use him as a punching bag for her self-satisfaction and her agenda.

Nevertheless, if it turns out that the nameless teenage girl was really in love with Mr. Vazquez and he wanted a future with her as her husband and as the father of her future children, it will eventually come out in the news that she is at odds with the authorities and the prosecution in both the Pennsylvania case and the Florida case. If that were to happen, this case could go in many directions. Either the teenage girl could refuse to testify against Mr. Vazquez in both the Pennsylvania case and the Florida case; and then we would have to see whether the prosecuting attorneys bring contempt-of-court charges against her, which won't reflect very well on the criminal justice system for overstepping their power and authority. Or perhaps the prosecuting attorneys may feel compelled to offer a generous plea deal to Mr. Vazquez that involves no prison time if they are unable to get the young girl to corroborate their charges against him without treating her as a hostile witness. If the girl refuses to testify at all in either the Pennsylvania case or the Florida case and the judges don't want to entertain any contempt-of-court charges against her, both cases could unravel apart and lead to an eventual dismissal of both of them. Otherwise, Mr. Vazquez may even luck out and get acquitted on jury nullification. Those are best case scenarios.

Among other things, the worst case scenarios are if Mr. Vazquez feels pressured to accept a guilty plea deal that is going to send him to prison for a substantial period of time, it is going to be the end of his life as he knows it. The pornography charges are going to be the toughest thing for him to beat. So long as he kept all the naughty pictures and videos private between him and this young lady and he didn’t spread them all over the dark web, then perhaps that fact will be taken into consideration as a mitigating factor at his trial. It’s hard to say. The biggest problem about his facing pornography charges is that the law treats that sort of thing as contraband, and the law doesn’t seem to care what the relationship is between the two parties involved in it or whether or not the two parties involved in it are in love with each other. If someone is charged for something like that, the criminal justice system views him or her as being no different from someone who is illegally transporting cocaine or heroin into our country. He was really taking his chances when he decided to cross that line. However, I still don’t think that he should go to prison for fifty years, but that’s just my humble opinion.

The nameless teenage girl’s mother probably had a strict upbringing and freaked out once she found out that her daughter had been involved in a sexual relationship with a significantly older man for two years from the time she was 13 years old. That doesn’t necessarily mean that she was making the best decision regarding her daughter. Before she took matters to this extremity, she probably should have sat down with her daughter and discussed with her whether or not bringing the authorities into the picture was the best choice. Look at it this way. If this mother had to walk in Sarah Palin’s shoes for the past ten to eleven years, she would realize that same-age or similar-age relationships do not always turn out to be a bed of sweet-smelling roses for adolescent girls. There are even boys younger than 18 years of age who make death threats against their underage girlfriends to coerce them into having their babies. Unfortunately, self-appointed pedo-experts like Pam Jones are always misleading the public into believing that adult men are always the cause of all teenage girls’ problems, and that is the kind of ill-informed society in which we have been forced to live as Americans for way too long.

Anyhow, I hope that 2020 is going good for you so far. I have the latest Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin Eve recorded on my DVR and I still haven't watched it yet. LOL! Thank you for commenting about my above Steemit article.
