Disney shows the original Baby Yoda designs, and not all of them are so cute

In a new documentary titled 'Disney Gallery: The Mandalorian', the Disney company unveiled several of the original designs for Baby Yoda, the baby version of the iconic character from the 'Star Wars' saga and protagonist of the series' The Mandalorian ', launched in 2019.

"We have tons of drawings," said Jon Favreau, creator of the series of those space episodes, reports Comic Book. "Some were too cute, others too ugly, others of the wrong proportions," he admitted.

Favreau admired that it was the work of Christian Alzmann that caught his attention. "Finally, it was the image Chris Alzmann presented, showing him [the Baby Yoda] wrapped in some kind of pilot jacket or something like that."

His eyes seemed a little strange, and generally there was something strange about him. However, we found it charming and it was the image that made us say: this is very ‘good '», detailed the creator.
