Suffering as the road to Enlightenment
Sometimes the most important gift we can be given is a wound.
Our wounding can be our greatest asset, our only savior. It's the only compass we have that can direct us to a greater freedom. If it wasn't for our pain and suffering we would never turn towards the only thing which can sustain our lives, which can liberate.
Blessed be those who allow the suffering and discontent they hold inside to break them wide open, for only through that destruction do we ever taste life.
Our personal constellation of wants, desires, beliefs, and images is the sacrificial offering we present to life, It's that which must die to give life. Our pain and desire are the forces which light the fire.
The price is the absolute price. The freedom is the absolute freedom.
