The importance of drinking 8 glasses for a day.
We all know that water is the main element of the body, covers 70% of our body and 70% on our planet, so it is important to take 8 glasses a day.
√ 2 glasses in the morning right after waking up, activates our internal organs and puts them to work.
√ 30 minutes before eating, a glass of water should be taken as this facilitates digestion.
√1 glass of water before showering, helps us lower blood pressure.
√ 2 glasses of water in the afternoon to cool our body.
√ 1 glass of water, after doing our sports activities
√ and finally a glass of water before going to sleep, this helps to prevent strokes and heart attacks.
For all this and many more things it is important to drink plenty of water, since it is the key to keep us active and be able to carry out our activities with enthusiasm.
