Human Rights Day! (70th Anniversary)
Happy afternoon community of Steemit, Yesterday marks the 70th anniversary of human rights, it is for them that I would like to illustrate a little about this topic, just as we celebrate it from my Student Movement and my University (House of Studies).
#LaUDOLuchaPorSusDDHH Human Rights Day is celebrated every December 10, coinciding with the date on which the General Assembly adopted the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in 1948.
Today we celebrate the 70th anniversary of human rights and we want to commemorate them with the following words: "In short: Where do human rights begin?" In small places, close to home, places so close and so small that they do not appear on any map. those rights mean nothing in these places, it does not mean anything anywhere else, without a coordinated citizen action to defend them in our environment, our will to progress in the rest of the world will be in vain. "- Eleanor Roosevelt.
From the Universidad de Oriente we will continue to fulfill our duties and fight for our rights.
Enough! of violations of autonomy.
Enough! of the attacks on the academy.
Enough! to suffocate the University community.
Enough! of the continuing attacks on education
Enough Already!
The University Never Knees!
